I got error code "redeem code allready used" on my fallout 3 redeem code

I purchased my copy of fallout 3 from a retailer in may 2016

I got a redeem code, but when i enter it, it says it has been used

I've tried checking my account but there is nothing in my download queue, nor is it

in my list of purchases to stte that i have used it before.

The copy i bought was new and sealed so there is no way somebody could have used the code

I hope anyone can help.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

 

Since it was purchased from a retailer and not Microsoft, you would have to work with them. However, since it's been so long since the purchase, it may no longer be possible for them to exchange it for you.

As Smwutches stated, you'll need to work with the retailer to exchange this code. We don't have the ability to do that here for you on the forums and they would be best to assist with replacing the code if possible.
