got banned for no reson on TeMpO ReMiiX i was joinin a match and got system banned by a hacker and put my datas as 31/12/9999 and very mad and for no reson

i was wondering why achivments got banned and thier bann for both of my accounts for some reson and i was wondering if they could be unbanned and why they got banned please someone help

If you mean your console was banned you should know that device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs,
no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from the affected device.
