I got console banned

yesterday in the afternoon I wanted to go play on my Xbox but when I was about to go online in gta I got a message saying this account does not have access to online and then I check my email and there was a email from Xbox saying I have been console banned
for an entire month and I did not do anything the only bad thing I could think of is I was playing gta amd I was killing kids in my new vehicle and i wasn't even talking in game chat don't have a mic someone help

I got console banned...

Hi there,

for any console ban questions or complaints you will need to go to the forums here:

forums.xbox.com/.../2366.aspx

Since your account is currently still accessible it is not banned, but that may still be done in the future if you did anything

that could result in a ban.

A console ban doesn't automatically result in an account ban.

Any downloads/purchases are connected to an account, so as long as an account is not banned you should be able to download them again on a different console.

you will have to post in the console ban section to find out why you were banned. no as long as the account was not banned it can be used on another console. and no they do not reverse console bans and there is no appeal for them your only option is to
buy another console. you can still access your account so you can redownload your stuff to the new console as well as saves but they MAY be corrupted all I can say is try backing them up to a flash drive and see if they will work on the new system.

I would have to agree with all of these people. i'm sorry that happened to you.
