I got Console Banned for no reason

I was on Xbox Support chat from Kenneth W. Stating that i am Console banned until Aug/26/2017 on my account. I have recieved no information from my ban from my Microsoft Email or a message on my xbox. I did nothing wrong on how i got banned
i didnt know i did anything wrong. Please Xbox please un ban me on Xbox please i did nothing wrong

Microsoft do not discuss console bans. Be honest you ever used infections or modded you account? People have been getting banned for marketplace theft so if you have ever downloaded a DLC Or GOD from another account then that could be why. Sorry i cant help

Console ban can also mean any other profile that was connected to live at the time so if you share an console with others or using someone else's home console you might want to have a chat with them

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

For info only enforcement actions on your account you need to go to the enforcement site here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

If it is a console ban then it can not be appealed.
