I got console banned but don't know why

A couple of days ago I was playing advanced warfare sitting in a private lobby n I went to the store came back and an error message was on my screen saying that my profile Is permanently banned I even got another Xbox live card and on the new profile it
said I was permanently console banned from advanced warfare. I would like to knowhy I was banned and possibly be unbanned because I assure you I haven't done anything wrong

Im absolutely raging ad I got communication banned this morning t 11:10am and I dont know why I killed people on a game and I wanna know why Microsoft, worst review ever from me and if it keeps happening im done !!!

You don't get banned for nothing you did something wrong now you have to pay for it. It's a good thing that Microsoft is cracking down on cheaters...

You have 13160 gamerscore but it hasn't come from the games you've played weird but I would like a response from a Microsoft representative not a random player who's assuming things

You won't get one here. Have to post in the suspension forums. All you will get told is (1) you should get an email as to why you were banned and (2) it will not be reversed.

I went out of town and my cousins have my Xbox when I was out , I come back home and see that I can't play online but I can't get online and I can't send massages nor talk in parties. I was Informed buy a Microsoft employee that my concise was banned until
the 2nd of July and I was trying to find out what happened, so my cousins said the have the bright idea to make a new account an put reviling photos on the profile picture. I know it went agents the agreements and I'm sorry for what my family members have
done and i hope that you can help me an get my console unbanned thank you for reading this .

If it's a permanent console ban then that's it,it can not be appealed & will not be unbanned.

always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

You will need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com and sign in with your suspended gamertag.

Then click on the yellow/orange tile with the hammer icon, and check the list of suspensions.

Be aware, that you can only complain about suspensions that are LESS than 12 months old.

Check if there is a currently active suspension. If you think that this active suspension was made in error, you can file a Case Review by clicking the appropriate link. (only if it is more than 24houres bann)

You'll have to fill out a small questionnaire that tests if you have understood the Code of Conduct. If you need a
refresher about the CoC, you can click here.

Then after you passed the test, you can send a message to the Enforcement Team.

Be warned however: You only get one chance to have them review the case! Each report that is being sent in, causes the consoles involved to collect data and telemetry which is sent in along with the report as evidence. For example a text
message you sent. Based on that evidence, the Enforcement Team decides if a suspension is warranted or not.

Since you got a suspension, they do have evidence of you breaking the Code of Conduct in one way or another. So do not waste your one and only attempt by sending them a message that basically says something like "But I didn't do anything".
