I got communication banned for saying "Tbagger ez" which is not against Xbox ToS at all.

So i messaged this person "Tbagger ez" which basically means that since he t-bagged in that game (where a player crouches up and down over and over to taunt someone), i told him you tbagger ez win. Which is not harassment or anything. Its just a message without any violations to the ToS. Then seconds later the person reports the message causing my account to be communication banned for 3 days. My account name is "l3reakpoint". After he reported my message he messaged me basically saying "Lol talk you scared" basically mocking the fact he false reported my message. I want the action reversed and action brought upon his account.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review for your suspension.

As far as the other player, you would need to report them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

I already filed an appeal yesterday, the day it happened.

these days it is better to not message anything over xbox live, i don't use parties i don't use chat or in game chat, the auto banning from someone reporting a message is getting out of hand.

instead i just use discord now if i am on console i use it over the phone, but as i play mostly pc i use discord there, completely disable any social aspect of xbox service.

selling a xbox live account is against the tos which is punishable by a permanent ban

No, it's not against anything. It's not a shocker that your friend got banned, that's against the CoC/ToS
