I got communication banned for no reason

Discus and support I got communication banned for no reason in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so this guy was harassing me thru message and I write back to him and somehow i get banned it's unfair it's the first time something like this happens...     so this guy was harassing me thru message and I write back to him and somehow i get banned it's unfair it's the first time something like this happens and I just got banned without warning or nothing can you guys pls lift my suspension

    To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Your warning is the code of conduct you agreed to. It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates that code, you can be punished.
