    Console banned

    Hello my name is Dominic and my console just said I got banned. I haven't done anything bad or wrong with the Xbox and my only resent suspension was yesterday and it was just communication. I have not been on it since then though. The communication ban is
    not my reason for contacting you. The reason is that my Xbox was banned for no reason. I would like to know why and how I can fix it. There should be no reason for my Xbox ban.

    Got reported for no reason.

    listen I got reported for no reason i got reported for harassment abusive and threats now i can’t do harass nobody or threaten nobody if I’m already banned because of communication so I want to know why I got banned for no reason if I was only playing

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    There is no time limit on when you can be suspended for an offence,it could be for something you did several months ago or longer.

    For more info & to file for a case review if eligible you would need to go to the enforcement site

    Your warning is the code of conduct you agreed to. It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates that code, you can be punished.
