I got chat banned

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account giving you the reason for the suspension & how long it is or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Any report filed has to be investigated first which takes time so the suspension would be for something that happened weeks ago or maybe longer.

If it's longer and not a perm ban you can have a case review under enforcement.xbox.com

24hour bans don't apply to case reeview because by the time they get back to you it will be done anywsy

Ok I get that, but even after I got chat banned the person still kept sending me messages. I reported their messages but they did things like typing “Losser” or “idi0t” so nothing happened.

But for me I immediately got chat banned.

I got a communication ban on the 7 June then a multiplayer ban on the 8 June finished both bans and nearly a week later I still can't message or party chat

Just got to Party Chat and wait the ban out...
