    I got charged without my autorisation


    Today i payed for Gamepass subscription for 1€ and it showed "Microsoft*Xbox" on my card statement

    An hour after that i got charged 10€ from Microsoft displaying "Microsoft*Subscription" on my card , i do not know where this came from, i want to cancel and refund it please , and i do t know whoch product charged me i just chosed randomly

    And if I was in this situation and it wouldn't stop trying to renew my LIVE, I can set my Paypal to no longer allow Xbox LIVE to charge me without confirmination from me.
