Discus and support I got charged twice in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Super Time Force on the marketplace and kept on saying XBL couldn't retrieve my credit card info.     I got charged twice


    I bought Super Time Force on the marketplace and kept on saying XBL couldn't retrieve my credit card info. I kept trying and then i got charged twice for the same game so instead of paying 15$ i ended up paying 30$. I need help.

    I was trying to buy red dead redemption, but it wouldn't let me the first time. So I tried again and it worked. However, I was charged twice for the same game. Can I get a refund for the first purchase?

    Ive got this issue too. Sucks because I really want to play this game! I checked my purchases and I did get charged but it refunded me. Which is fine. But I still can't buy the game. It keeps telling me something went wrong. I've tried it on both the console
    and Xbox.ca. No luck. I am glad to see I'm not the only one though.

  6. I got charged twice for a repair and I'm getting the run around bad. Five different reps so far and nobody knows a thing. But I got charged twice according to my bank statement and Microsoft xbox got the money both times. Anybody have an email address?
    I can't waste time on the phone because I have limited minutes. And the woman I spoke to on the phone was no help at all.
