I got charged twice for xbox live gold

Last month I bought 1 year of xbox live gold.After I bought it I kept getting e-mails warning me about how my service will be terminated if I didn't renew my membership.It also said that I f I had taken care of the issue to just ignore the e-mail.Thinking
this was no longer a problem I ignored it, but just this morning if found out that I have been charged another $60 for a year of xbox live and I want to know why?

I think you would be better off calling or chatting to Microsoft billing about this problem

If it Takes you to Contact us Select Billing -> Xbox live membership (other) -> skip Step 3 -> Chat to Microsoft Support

Hopefully the will be able to sort it out

I also got charged twice for xbox live gold. one thru paypal and the other on my debit card. it shows on my bank account. Now trying to reach someone isn't a easy task. Anyone have a Number I can Call Xbox Live, and Not Microsoft, Because they couldn't help
me and told me to talk to Xbox..grr
