First you can start off by creating a refund request.

Contact billing support via messenger

Or you can call customer services.

You'll need to refer to the
Xbox Refund Webform to request a refund. We here in the forums department (or over the phone agents)



do not have the tools to apply refunds.

Also, I would suggest signing into your
Microsoft Account to make sure the subscriptions are cancelled

or to fully remove your payment instruments from the account. If needs assistance with being walked-though any of these actions feel free

to set up a call back from an actual Live customer support agent. (see steps below)

Hello i have had auto renew off for at least over a month now and no Xbox live for a week or so and today i got a charge for Xbox live for 10.49. I do not play Xbox anymore even and would like a refund this charge also got me an
overdraft fee from my bank please issue a refund immediately or my overdraft fee charge will keep raising thank you.
