I got charged some dollars as "verification" of my paying methods. I want refund!

I got two memberships and I got charged both, credit card and paypal account some dollars for the concept of "verifying account charge". Bank says it was Microsoft who charged it and I want to get a refund. How can it be done? It's been two months and
the money that should be as "hold" is not there. Thanks

Depending of card type some prepaid card hold the amount for 30 days…

Now you can call your bank to get the infos about your card.

You'll want to contact support and speak to billing as I don't think those charges will show under billing in order to request a refund that way. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
