I got charged for xbox live but it claims that I do not have Xbox live membership

So even though I had Xbox Live Gold membership until Feb 2014 and the Claim was in my favor there is nothing I can do to get the membership back?

My mistake. I once had a password issue and they kept telling me not to give them personal information (about 6 months ago). I think they have since changed this, or the agent was having problems. She actually called me so that I could provide the personal
information so I didn't have to go through the call queue.

They are not going to give you a refund. It's your responsibility to turn off auto-renew. Your subsciption renewal date and billing date are two different things. They bill like a utility, if you had a renewal date of the 15th, but your billing date is the
14th, they'll wait until the next month to the 14th to bill, since they won't bill a day early into the sub you already have. Bottom line you agreed to auto-renewal, or to at least go to xbox.com and turn it off, and you didn't. If you had a PPC to switch
too for another 3months/12 months they would refund it, provided you can provide the valid Prepaid Code.

Xbox LIVE does not track the user to the Xbox gamertag/subscription, that's a little too Big Brother for them. Therefore, as per the User Agreement, it's up to you to cancel the subscription. They can help you do that if you can't go to
