    I turned off reoccurring billing and got charged $15.00 for gamepass ultimate? I turned off reoccurring billing on 12/24/20 before this my membership said it was to expire on 12/25 and auto renew on 12/26. I even tried to play a game on 12/24 at around
    11:30 when it said the account didn't own the game, which was no problem and I thought I was certain that reoccurring billing had been turned off, and I wouldn't be paying the next day. Or so I thought, the next day I see a charge on my card from gamepass
    for $15.00.

    Minecraft Realms subscription renewing but realm itself expires - requires fresh subscription to play causing double billing

    I was having this problem, I canceled my subscription last winter. Yet, I was still being charged for the 10-person realm, even though Minecraft said that my realm was expired, I was still getting charged! Even after my card number got changed. My fix for this was going to xbox.com and singing in to see my payments and billings, turning off reoccurring payments, then canceling the subscription.

    I got my GamePass code in my email inbox today (2 days after I entered the promo code on Dorito's site). In order to redeem the GamePass code, I had to give my credit card or PayPal info. Next, I received a $1 authorization charge on my credit card and immediately got refunded. After successfully signed up for GamePass, I went into my Microsoft account and turned off GamePass recurring billing and removed my credit card info.

    Hello, turn off reoccurring billing. If you have any xbox live time left and you cancel game pass ultimate it will cancel that time also. Best thing to do turn off reoccurring billing and just dont pay again.
