Discus and support I got charged but i didn't get the game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Minecraft from minecraft.net, i was charged but my order isnt showing on my purchase history.     I bought Minecraft from minecraft.net, i was charged but my order isnt showing on my purchase history. I checked on minecraft.net but it showing up that i need to buy the game

    Please check the order history from all of your Microsoft accounts. It could be that the purchase is reflected under a different account. Does the Minecraft website say you already purchased the game or is it asking you to purchase it again? If Minecraft is saying that you already purchased the game and it does not reflect on any of your Microsoft accounts, you may need to get in touch with Mojang support using this link.

    Good luck the same thing happened to me pre-ordering Street fighter 6, long story short ended up losing the pre-order cause they had me buy it again when the game was released. Nice to know that these large companies have such great systems in place....

    Hey there! Give this a shot and see if it helps. I had a similar issue a few months back and after I spoke with a rep about it, they sorted me out in less than 15 minutes.

    1. Have your father log into his Microsoft account via this link:
    Account Orders


    2. Scroll until you find the charge you're inquiring about

    3. Just above the charge (right under the order number) should be a link that says "Get Order Help"

    4. Click the link and follow the prompts to speak with a CSR directly about that specific charge.

    If the charge you're talking about does not appear under "Order History", your Dad will need to contact his Bank and have them get to the bottom of where the charges came from so they can be disputed.
