Recently I bought a new membership ( Xbox gold), and I got charged 2 times on my credit card.

I wanted only one time, I would like a refund.

Xbox Live charged my account 2 times in 2 days?

So my debit card expired in January and didn't think anything about it until I got on xbox live the other day and it wouldn't let me play online. So I went through the steps and got back on live. The issue is that I was charged for a month of Live 2 times
in 2 days. and then it says it will charge me again on 2-25. What is the issue here? Why will I be charged that much in a short amount of time?

I got charged twice

I bought Super Time Force on the marketplace and kept on saying XBL couldn't retrieve my credit card info. I kept trying and then i got charged twice for the same game so instead of paying 15$ i ended up paying 30$. I need help.

I got absolutely nowhere apparently. Went 2 months without a charge after calling now it's being charged again but this time 21.59! This is getting ridiculous!

nothing is there for me but why i have bought game on 2 accounts i got charged both times but on my accounts nothing is there

When filling out the refund request form, be sure to select "Billing error" as the reason for the refund, and then choose "Duplicate charge for the same item".
