    I got banned


    I got the message from xbox live that im banned permanently from xbox live. On the website it tells me that im banned for one week. I dont really understand why. This is the text(in german):

    [table][tr][td]Dieses Konto nahm an betrügerischer Aktivität teil, z. B.: illegaler Erwerb von Inhaltscodes oder Lizenzen, böswillige Verteilung von Kontoberechtigungen oder Versuche, Microsoft-Support-Agenten zu betrügen. Die entsprechenden Kontoberechtigungen wurden bis 14.2.2017, 21:24:20. gesperrt.[/td][/tr][/table]

    I didnt do anything wrong that i know of. I just qualified for a tournament this weekend und cant play it since im banned. I guess you cant unban me. But i hope you can tell me what i did wrong exactly and wether im banned permanently or just for a week.

    i got banned

    IF I GOT BANNED FROM GEARS OF WAR 3 ONLINE DOES THAT MEAN IF I TAKE MY HARD DRIVE OUT AND PUT IT IN A NEW XBOX AND CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT EVEN THO I FORMATED THE HARD DRIVE WELL IT EFFECT MY NEW XBOX????

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. So no one here can give you any information. The enforcement website is the only place to find information about your suspension.

    2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

    3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

    4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

    yeah xbox loves to ban people for little things.Cant even call someone trash(even though it expressing yourself) but people can make gay groups expressing themselves

    If your console has been banned you can post in the forum link I provide below. But as the wise Vernier has stated, if you have a Jtag your ban was spot on. System tampering is against the Code of Conduct and highly frowned upon.
