I got banned while I wasn't home

I got com ban and harassment and threat ban because of my brother talkin trash on rainbow six siege and now i can't talk and play on my account. I would love to know if you can unban me because i didnt do it, i looked on the code of conduct and i understand
that its my fault but i was out of town when this happened. Thanks and have a nice one

Got banned , wasn't me

my cousin was on my Xbox and he cussed at someone on the messenger and they banned me .. I can't play online now cause of my cousin .. can't you take off my suspension please .. it wasn't me who cussed

You can try a Case Review at enforcement.xbox.com but they will most likely still enforce it seeing as how it is your account and he would need your permission to use it therefore his actions are your responsibility.

I got banned for nothing. I wasn't at home my console on dashboard and not on tye xbox app. Apparently i sent a message or was on voice chat to get banned. Again i wasn't home.

Just to add everything that was said already, you are responsible for your account at all times. Its not you that is getting banned its your account that was use to commit a violation for Et does not know if it was you or not using the account.
