I got banned till the 12 of feb and i dont talk to anyone but friends in the party

I have recently been banned for voice communication i only said like 1 bad word and got banned for a month i want to know if theres a way to appeal for ban so i dont have to wait
30days till i can

talk to my friends again

I got banned for no reason

Me and my second account that i never use, a friend and one of his friend got banned few mins after each other but we dont talk much, i went to the enforcement to see the reason and i dont understand why my second account banned tho since i never talked
to some1 on it so i wanted to see the proof of what have been said so i get ban on both account and they dont show me up the proof like the firat time i got a ban? It id a bug going on or what?

Hello, my son is banned for 15 days, the thing is i got the message and i immediately checked his xbox live messages, didnt see anything suspicious. Then i got on my personal account and contacted his friends in a party and they
all said he hasn't said anything or talked about anybody in a hurtful way. Please tell me why they dont actually investigate these cases because i cant stand their policies for banning ive been banned myself but i dont even have a mic or use the messages.

i know the same thing happened to my account with the name AGR got banned and i dont understand why. I only talk to my friends on xbox and i do nothing bad. I should not of got banned
