i got banned permentaly after getting my communications banned

so i called someone quote on quote "[Mod Removed[" and i got my communications banned for it till the 20th and im cool with that i should have watched my mouth but then today i get home from the hospital to go and look for a job application
on my email and then i sqaw that i got banned again and i was confused and when i went to go read what happened it said that i got banned for harassment and abusive threats. now i didnt know that calling someone
[Mod Removed] was a abusive threat and harassment but what i want to know is why im banned permanently because my reputation still says good and everything i just want to know why the enforcement team banned me permanently because if u ask
me i should not have gotten banned forever and on top of that i have almost all my games digitally downloaded on that account and i cant get ahold of the enforcement team to help me out here because in all honesty i could care less about my stats and saves
on that account i just want to keep all those games i have on it, if anybody can help me out here my gt is DNC Wolfy NAYEL and if u want to u can message me on facebook my profile is

Communication banned

my account got Communication banned and I want to know why and how long it takes to get unbanned this is my first time getting banned??

hey guys my Xbox live account was communication banned also a day after I got consule banned. Now

I was fine with it I took the banned and dealth with it but now after the banned is over. I'm still not able to play or talk.

 

The only place to contact the enforcement team is via the case review process on
enforcement.xbox.com.

As bowski477 mentioned. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
