I got banned on Xbox Live for no reason!

I got banned on Xbox live for cheating even though I haven't done anything wrong. I don't own any Mods and have never modded before in my life! The only reason I feel I have been banned is because I got into a modded lobby on Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 and
when I joined there was a modder with the same gamertag as me but in different colours and he was messing up the game for everyone. Unfortunately it wouldn't let me look at his profile as his account name had been changed to mine. I hope you can take this
valuable information into consideration as I haven't done anything wrong expect play BO2 like the casual player and have it be ruined by hackers.

banned for no reason

i have been banned for no reason i was just playing black ops 2 and then i got in a modded lobby and gave me al challenges but i resetted my bo2 account and now i got banned on xbox live for no reason

i got banned today for no reason. my xbox live sign's in and sign's out and says you have been bad

The only people who can answer your question, the Enforcement Team, wont do so.

The only information they will provide is this page Console Suspensions - Xbox.com.

I wish there were answers forthcoming but all that we can currently do is point people to the above link.
