Xbox overturned my false bans and gave me a code for Xbox Live Gold, but the problem is still present. I just got another communication ban.

I ave to wait that guy hacked me and got my account banned from xbox live and now got my sign in block but microsoft is doing a bad job finding the person

I'm the few people who got my console ban from xbox live for no reason..i xbox was messing up so i send it to xbox to get it fix...Which they give me a new console 4 or 5 month pass by...My internet was disconnect for 3 full week..When i got it turn back
i was play demo for 3 day and i was in the party with my friend...I Sep 3, 2011 which today...i play my xbox at 5am...i got off then got back on 2pm that same day...Once my xbox try to conncet to xbox live it was ban..You tell me What in the H... that i did
wrong...I switch from Sony to xbox cause i thought it was better...Guess i was wrong...You got people that never gave xbox a problem end up ban...While those hacker and mod runnning around still doing the same thing...postin video on youtube and still havent
got ban...I work hard for my xbox..All those day i spend on cuttin people grass just to buy a xbox..Now my xbox is ban for no reason..FOR NO REASON...Well i didnt work that hard for you guy to tell me that we cant tell you why your console is ban...I dont
ask microsoft to anything for me..They can do 1 thing for me ...1: give me my full refund for my xbox and those xbox live card that i brought for the past 3 or 4 year..or 2: UNBAN ME..I know they just doing their job cant blame them....BUT WHAT IN THE WORLD
