I got banned on Xbox for communication and I don’t know why

I got banned on my account for breaking a communication agreement but I havnt messaged anyone for three days and the only people I party chat with are the same people I’ve played with since the 360 came out I need help fixing this I can’t do anything for
a week it’s bs

Banned from communications and I don’t know why

I was banned from communications a few weeks ago and I got banned for around 2 weeks. I learnt my lesson and haven’t texted anyone something rude or offensive and I have been banned again for another 2 weeks . Could you please tell me what I have done wrong

I don’t know why I was banned from communications!

Hi Microsoft. My gamer tag is and I don’t know how I got banned from communications, I was playing Fortnite Battle Royale and I was in a solo match meaning I couldn’t talk to anyone and I also wasn’t in a party with friends and I received
a email saying I was banned? I don’t understand how this happened but it’s very unprofessional. I’m not happy about this at all. Somebody please contact me so we can sort this out. Thank you

it says I will be banned until November 27th and that I got banned for innapropriate actions,yet I still don’t know why I got banned

Xbox Enforcement web site and eligible you will also be able to request a case review from here as well.
