i got banned from xbox one for nothing.

i dont know why did i get banned while i didnt do anything like modifying my console or doing glitches.and i cant apply for review to enforcement team cuz i got 1 question wrong and i have to wait 24 hours. I studied really hard and i didnt get on xbox
for months .now its summer and i cant play.this is sad.and there was a random guy from xbox texting me good luck getting that ban from xbox.and like 5 minutes later i got a text from xbox live. im really sad. im really sorry if i have done something wrong.

my profile isn't permitted to play online for some reason now. i have been on live support for 3 days now and still can't get anything done about it.

 

Any information about your suspension will be listed on the enforcement site. The enforcement team do not use the forums.
