I got banned from xbox live by a false accusation

at 12.21am July 27th 2017 eastern time USA, I got a message from enforcement saying I was banned from xbox live for a violation, 1. I wasn't playing in a public match and haven't for couple weeks cause I've only been playing mad max and wwe 2k16 neither
have public co op, I do upload cool game clips none over 30 second long, and I only wrote captions on 3 uploads, none that were against guidelines, lately I've noticed strange people on my friend list that 1. I was not notified of these friend requests 2.
Nor did I accept them, well someone sent messages with strange accounts, after my notice of infractions, I went back on my dash to get some names, some kind of proof, and somehow these people deleted themselves and their weird messages from my console, I didn't
delete them, how is that possible, they got into my dashboard and deleted their names and messages, I talked to a Xbox ambassador and he said i need proof, I told him they deleted their tracks, I.E. messages and requests from my dash somehow, they basically
said we your screwed, this is not fair, I should be able to know who slandered me, but because I'm no tech genius I get the shaft, can anybody help me, is like to talk to the enforcement team voice to voice to properly state my case, I spend good money for
the prevledge to play on live, I deserve my say

im posting regarding to past enforcements on my bhup account and i was wondering why i couldn't review my case because i wanted to become a xbox ambassador. the past two times i was banned was mostly caused by winning in halo 5 and people reporting me and
destroying my rep on xbox live and it would be very much appreciated if i could have the false accusations removed from my account (bhup)

I got banned for false accusations and would like to know who accused me for doing the actions i was falsely accused of. If you cant tell me who reported me, tell me what state they live in or if they live in the US. This is under a police report and would
like answers NOW.
