I got banned from talking in party chats n message people

i got banned for like 20 days n I can't talk to anyone all because my dumb friend send a message to some person who was mad at him so he talked crap to them n I got in trouble for it is there anyway you can take it away from being banned ?

Enforcement team

What is a way to contact the enforcement team without putting in for a case review? Tired of people getting away with trash talking in messages and once they get blocked somehow still send messages. Just got com ban for 7 days because of this bs people
**** talking but block doesn't stop them n yet the person who defends themself gets the ban. Was in party with friends when same guy messaged me n buddy **** talking about last game played but yet I get com banned?

hi ive got banned from sending messages to my friends and cant talk in party chat with them.

ive been banned for no reason as i dont send messages to anyone but only my mates.

im always in a party with them as im never in game chat. so i was wondering why ive got the ban?

You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if the ban is eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

n people report me cause I reply to their message or I kick them out of my party chat n they can talk smack n not get it but I don’t reamly do it n they do it a lot and I don’t see how this is fair

Wasn't gettin snippy or whatever. but I get Wat urn sayin, but if people our using kinect while n a party on certain games how can I hear them n talk back n forth with them? Do they jus switch from party chat to game chat but still n the party or somethin?
But I'll try it in the morning to see if that's the case.

I was banned for no reason. It doesn't let me talk in party chat or send messages

Also got a 24hour ban thanks to random people being able to message and harass you and when theyre told to f off you get a ban. Seriously you guys need to split the privacy settings for party/voice chat and messaging because you cant talk to friends of
friends unless their also your friends if you make the setting friends only is not cool, because you guys are every ready to ban people without improving on ways to prevent harassment
