I got banned from all communications for something somebody else started

Xbox one banned me from chat from a obvious last slap to my face from somebody who started something with me in the first place. This guy intentionally did things to ruin the play of the game and openly mocked me. I said a few choice words back and forth
which weren't that bad and the dude reports me just to throw another jab in. Xbox is not only dumb enough to buy it but even after I explain it the idiots still upheld my suspension even though this dude did it to me first. Xbox sucks. Canceling my membership
and getting PlayStation. Way to throw away a member who's been around for 9 years and paid a ton of money for your products. Idiots

xbox banned me for communication, and i understand that, but why am i still banned after the ban end

i got banned for communication, and i understand that, but it is across all of my accounts, and the ban is already over? I have so many questions. This shouldn't happen, and if you agree, and get the same problem. Somebody has to do something about it.

 

Why was I banned from games?

So, first I got banned for communications fairly so but the next day I wake up want to play some overwatch because the season ends in five days I get this message "Choose something else to do Because of your past behaviour you are not able to play multiplayer
games online" WHAT why was I banned from games, I even got communication banned so how could I possibly of gotten banned hmm xbox please look into this and get rid of this multiplayer suspension but keep the communication one, how is this fair please contact

I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. There seems to be a good deal of trolls these days. While I do understand your situation, there was still the CoC violation. This is just pure speculation but I suspect this may be the reason the suspension was upheld.

In the future, I would suggest rather than mouthing off to them, simply open their profile and make use of the mute feature.

If you feel harassed by another player you can report that person from the console and block him from further communications. Retaliating is a breach of xbox live rules and Code of Conduct that brings to suspension.
