I got banned forma no reason

I got banned for no reason for supposedly “harrasing other players” and this is the 2nd time this has happened for the same reason

I got banned for no reason

The other day I got a text msg from my Xbox friend saying he got an email saying he was banned. And I thought that was strange because he doesn't hack or anything. Then I checked my email and saw I was banned to. it said I was stealing accounts or something
which I never did. The only thing I think could have caused this is that me and my friend love to troll people for a laugh. And so maybe people reported us or something. I don't know what happened. Please help

For issues with suspensions/bannings, you need to post here -
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

However, the enforcement team does investigate every complaint, so they would only suspend an account if they did find something.

Fortunately, the XBLPET is very solid about their banning. If that's what they say you did, then you did that. In the future, it's a good idea to follow the Code of Conduct/Terms of Use to prevent future bans.

here to find out why. if these are false you can call microsoft to confirm there real and not fake and if fake you can get it removed.
