somebody reported me because I was beating him at a game and I ended up getting banned just because I was doing better than him he even sent me messages saying he hopes I enjoy being banned

i was also playing siege and got banned for a second time for nothing, its daimond players that rage and report lower ranked players for killing them or winning the match

Getting banned for winning

I haven't kicked anyone out of my server yet although my admins have and i get the angry messages lol.

I got stabbed twice last night (yeah I know), did I boot them?? Nope.

You wouldve.violated the terms of use in order to be banned

To ask why you were banned you can check your email connected to your Xbox LIVE account or enforcement.xbox.com which has a faq that will do away with your myths

I got banned from the "fat" clan server once when me and a buddy and some randoms came back and were going to squeek out a win so they banned half the team from the server so they wouldn't take a loss.

You probably got banned for cheating or something. Which is why most people get banned, however, I'm sure if someone filed a lawsuit against them that person would probably win cause MS can't and never shows proof of their reasons for bans.
