I got banned for things I didn't do

Hello,

first of all I want to say that I'm getting realy pissed off now because for the second time I got banned because You accuse me of fraud and theft while you have wrongly plundered my bank account because of an error in your store.

So I will ask you to unban my account and solve this problems for me or that you can make a proposal, please help me I have never had problems till I was getting the file "gold purchase is not available at this moment".

while I called you several times to address and solve the problems, unfortunately I did not understand and they only told me lies instead of solving my problem.

to give an example, I was told that they could not do anything about it and that I had to contact wargaming, the creator of the game, wargaming could only see if I had or not received any gold for my purchases in the in-game store of World of Tanks (that's
a lie).

Wargaming cant check on the gamertags or xbox live accounts, I have also said that I can book back up to 52 days and that I would largely do so because hundreds of euros were wrongly deducted from my account and my bank account was empty now. I received
the following advice if I did not get it. With wargaming, I would have to call me a bank and make the bookings drop. I did this after I also spoke to Wargaming because wargaming was about everything, according to you, and I did not get a response from them
if I could or did not do that, I assumed something else (afterwards it appears that only you are about it).

The only thing wargaming could do for me was to find out as soon as I bought gold and had not received it, where it had remained gold and to have it still shed. Then they contacted you and looked for you, probably you found it striking that it happened so
often, and at last it was taken out of stock because suddenly in my order history I saw all canceled purchases (I only have who all paid)

At one point, I had a large part of a word to make it such a big and confusing problem. I will copy that file below ....

On this date, you have a number of bookings returned (at least I have it yet but I do see the bookings) following case nr 1391451926.

Briefly explained I wanted to buy gold for World of Tanks, pay through my bank I had selected, and then click buy printed, then the error. Then comes the message "Gold purchasing is not available at this time", which is also in the log filein world of tanks.

From experience I knew (actually I thought I knew) that the "gold" also not later be paid as of yet, so I am assuming that there is also no money will be debited from my account. Which I just occasionally tried to buy gold to the suddenly weather was successful.

Some time later I hear during the game Clank (like a slot machine) as if gold is deposited, all attempts of the evening/night/morning sure were all paid up. Also I saw that all of them were written off when idd I called that that was not the intention, which
I called have with you and the fine fixed by the accounting entries had to collapse, after which I assume went that it was resolved.

The first time I try to buy a large package of 25000 gold (then the only once instead of multiple small bits), unfortunately I got the same message. Now I have nicely quiet waited or it possible still later dumped. After a spacious day waited and still nothing
booked I have gotten money deposited on my Microsoft account to see if the don't touch my bank would be lying around. This sale also ran the same and wa so did not succeed, though was me money of me account. Been waiting for a time but have gotten paid nothing.

After some time I have tried it 1 more time and (didn't work either, but money off written), you decided to call again at the weekend but found that you are not there at the weekend.

Called after the weekend with you guys, that was a lot more disappointing, you wanted to/could do nothing for me, nothing back books because a booking is to be paid back and that I only had to record contact with Wargaming.

I wanted a shot with their to get in touch, I had to do there bank statements etc of each booking. When I was trying to figure out my bank account and saw I was terrified very much he was as good as empty, it now appears that also all the other times before
that you guys all my attempts have written of me account, while I thought it continues to fail and that I therefore also no gold had been given. I do not know what and how many bookings, but I only know that there are quite a lot, when the me for the first
few ...

This is really going to probably hundreds of euro's, which I now also called back a number of collections have collapse because I also have messages etc should be able to do, and you have written off more than had been allowed to happen.

I do that in your store so I find that I have this problem when you should, and if you look in the log files so you must see how many messages there are done with "Gold purchasing is not available at this time", that are then all charges that should not
have been.

There are also a few more from yesterday have been added because I actually pretty pissedoff was and I tried to play and I really was gold needed.

Can you show me when I've had those notifications and deposit that money back (if it's not already refunded is of course)? If not then what is your solution??

Also can you figure out how this can happen and how to avoid it even happened?

When I get the error message, I hear nothing, the slot machine does nothing, and I dont get gold but the money is taken off my bank account...but also when I try it from my microsoft account or paypal account it's all the same errors.

Sometimes when I'm lucky, it work as it should work, dont get an error message and do hear the slot machine and do get my gold...

But most times I get the error..

 

Yes I know this place, but you cant get in contact with someone and try to explain that I did nothing wrong, it's an error in the microsoft store and that I only did what the customer care support me had adviced, but most important thing to solve this..

 

Sorrry that I posted it here , I now know thqt those things normaly isn't ment for here, but hopefully you understand that I'm a bid desperred at the moment...
