i got banned for selling dinosaurs on ark on my gt antix pilot

i know i was in the wrong but i dont know why i was perm banned i cant contact the enforcement team but i want to know a way to get in contact with them cause the guys said it will be a temp ban but its perm so pls help

i got banned for solicitation permanently i was selling dinos on ark had no idea i was breaking any rules no warnings or anything just perm banned pleas help gt antix pilot

Ok don't tell me to go to the enforcement team i contacted them they said it would be a temp ban but never fixed it i want to talk to some one and know if i wasted 8 yrs playing on a console that doesn't care about paying customers. I was perm banned for
selling dinosaurs on ark i played 8 yrs on xbox no warnings no bans then i get on 1 day to see a perm ban i contact enforcement team they say yes the temp ban will stay but it is still perm and i want to resubmit a enforcement ticket pls help i have spent
so much time on xbox and want to keep playing but i can't. TY for help Gt Antix Pilot
