I got banned for saying the n word as a joke a my friend reported me

chatting in a party means reports must be made, messages are automated by AI, example my friend sent his own son a message saying good night love ya son, it censored the word love, he did it for a few nights more and got a 2 day ban, which is an absolute joke.

There is no automatic banning.

If you have a good friend, and you are sending messages back and forth that others might find offensive, but you and your friend are just "cool" with how you talk to each other (for example just how rappers use the N-word to address each others), then nothing
will happen.

There is no automatic algorithm that is able to detect sarcasm or quotes or consensual use of swear words.

That's why actual suspensions are only handed out if someone reports you, and a real human being from the enforcement team reviewed the report and the evidence that the involved consoles will send in along with the report.

On the other hand: since a lot of people ask, if you and your friend ARE using offensive words in a consensual way, and one of your friends reports such a message "as a joke", the Enforcement Team NEVER assumes that this report was sent in as a joke, or
that the harassing words were "allowed" among you friends. They will act on that report as if it is a real report from a person that was offended by the message.

Hey I received a communication ban without an appeal I was cursing through messages when I got the 14 day ban but it was a joke and the ones who reported me did it in a joking Manor not expecting me to actually get banned. I would love if my accounts communication
