I Got Banned For Playing A Game Of Grand Theft Auto. (Which A Gaming Console If For)

Hi There, I received a permanent ban on my account "R3V3RS3 K1LL3R." Now it says I violated the terms of service, but 2 days prior I was banned for 2 weeks for communications. And then I got banned for, 9999 years. But the ban was for harassment abuse and
threats. How could I abuse or harass or threat anyone on the xbox live community if I couldn't send messages? I have done a case review and they've said "decision upheld." Now is there anything else I can do? Because I'm pretty sure that the people that reported
me reported me on multiple accounts, which is a violation of the terms and service. In short they violated the terms of service not me.

could i get unsuspended from xbox

i want to know if i could get unsuspended from xbox live, because now i cant play the dlc for Destiny 2 that drops today, just because some little kid, got a little help from friends that did not play the game with us, and which got me suspended for 7 days,
from Grand theft Auto 5, yes GTA 5, some kid got mad at me for cursing which the online rules on grand theft auto 5, says nothing about anything on cursing, like even the campaign of the game holds a lot more nasty words i could ever say, but for a kid its
like a nightmare, because they are playing a rated M game, which they are not allowed to play, but their parents allow them....which also, why aren't they getting any bans or what?, we keep getting suspended or banned due to that reason, but they don't get
banned, trust me, they don't, they get away with the simple little nasty tricks.

 

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

Any report filed has to be investigated,which takes time so the permanent ban would of been for something that happened weeks ago,not while you were serving a communication suspension.

Wouldn't matter if people with multiple accounts were reporting you,you would only receive any enforcement action if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

Anyone who abuses the reporting feature risks enforcement action themselves.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,there's nothing else you can do i'm afraid.
