I got a communication ban even though i didnt even message anyone or say any offensive language to anyone what the

hello for no reason I got banned from Xbox or rather suspense.on fortnite save the world a scammer m'arnaque and m'insult is tell me who will boot me being very enervate I insult them because it still insults my family so I'm done ban more than a week while
it should not and month of the Blow is good

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. Please log in to this link http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action
and open a case review with the PET.

Also, enforcements do not happen immediately. The action you are experiencing now is more than likely due to something that happened some time ago.

If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:

Insulting people on the forum isn't called for.

 

Using language online like you used in the original post is against the ToU and can result in a suspension.
