hello for no reason I got banned from Xbox or rather suspense.on fortnite save the world a scammer m'arnaque and m'insult is tell me who will boot me being very enervate I insult them because it still insults my family so I'm done ban more than a week while
it should not and month of the Blow is good

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. Please log in to this link http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action
and open a case review with the PET.

Also, enforcements do not happen immediately. The action you are experiencing now is more than likely due to something that happened some time ago.

I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account
at https://enforcement.xbox.com

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff

Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity

Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players

Hacking, Modding or Cheating

Marketplace theft

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.
But on that event that you have already submitted a case review and the decision was upheld then there is nothing that can be done. - Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review. To make a Case Review - Click

If you violated the Code of Conduct in anyway and the enforcement team did an investigation then they will put an action against the reporting party too. Most common reason would be retaliation, responding back in away that violates the code. Rule of
thumb is never respond, report and block.

my gamertag is and i got banned because i asked someone nicely to switch character in for honor and i got banned. i did get legit banned before but there were a reason in it
