I got banned for no reason.

So some kids that should not have been playing a M rated game. Rainbow 6 siege. Kept in boxing My account. I finally got fed up and messaged him back and they banned me immediately. That is not fair. I have a good reputation on the game and was banned for
2 weeks for communication. When I called Xbox. They said they would investigate it. And when I turn my Xbox on again They decided to ban me even More for playing online games And call it harassment. The new enforcement system is bogus Someone can be mad
that you're winning. Or mad that you lost the game for them. And they can hit report. And your account gets banned no questions asked. Then Xbox enforcement doesn't have a way to contact them

I got banned for no reason

The other day I got a text msg from my Xbox friend saying he got an email saying he was banned. And I thought that was strange because he doesn't hack or anything. Then I checked my email and saw I was banned to. it said I was stealing accounts or something
which I never did. The only thing I think could have caused this is that me and my friend love to troll people for a laugh. And so maybe people reported us or something. I don't know what happened. Please help

Actually you can review the ban or suspension against your account and contact the Enforcement Team via the following page. It contains all of the information around bans or suspensions that are issued and even how to request a review of the action itself.

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way to get help is through the enforcement website.

here to find out why. if these are false you can call microsoft to confirm there real and not fake and if fake you can get it removed.

See above for details on finding out WHY you receive bans, but the enforcement team investigate any and all complaints and don't hand out bans unless a breach of code of conduct has been committed
