I got banned for no reason

The other day I got a text msg from my Xbox friend saying he got an email saying he was banned. And I thought that was strange because he doesn't hack or anything. Then I checked my email and saw I was banned to. it said I was stealing accounts or something
which I never did. The only thing I think could have caused this is that me and my friend love to troll people for a laugh. And so maybe people reported us or something. I don't know what happened. Please help

The Enforcement Team does not blindly hand out bans. I can say with little hesitation that there was a reason, likely the one you listed.
