    I got banned for no reason on my Xbox live via a chat with a random.


    I responded to a random chat dm from someone (I assume from rocket league) today, and he proceeded to message back over 50 different messages, calling me multiple homophobic and sexist slurs, and proceeded to report him and tell him to have a good vacation among other things, none of which was inappropriate . For some reason, I got banned and he didn’t and I’m pretty upset about it considering I did absolutely nothing wrong and he was being a degenerate. I have a video but I can’t attach videos here. Someone please help.

    Hello,

    The ONLY place that handles that is the enforcement site. We do not have access to that info as well as normal support can not access it.

    Be aware that a ban is not instant and can be from a past offense.

    These include

    Text chats via Xbox live

    Ingame chat

    Ingame voice

    Xbox live voice.

    I would suggest you check into his sent messages via his xbox *Not ingame*

    The reason a EXACT reason is not given is that the BANNED person could then go back and figure out exactly who reported them then keep up the harassment.

    The system is not automatic and has a real person checking them over. Hence why most likely this is from a earlier time and a enforcement member JUST got to it.
