hello, my account as banned today. i have no reason to be banned, i just got my Xbox yesterday and a whole year of gold and games... i have not done one thing to get banned. i havnt even played games yet because they are downloading... i would just love

Friends account is banned for life for no reason.

My friends account was banned for no reason at all. He hacked his gamer score and got suspended for a while, but got back and learned his lesson. He didn't hack or mod his account or break the rules. Just about a week ago though his account was randomly
banned for life. He did nothing wrong but was stilled banned. What I would like to know is why this happened, and try to get his account back up and running.

I`ve got to agree with Smwutches on this one. You are going to have to take this up at 09 - Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans they deal with Inquiries about account suspensions, forced Gamertag changes,
console bans, and other enforcement actions.

There is nothing We can do about it.

My account got permanently banned, for no reason I don't know why I got permanently banned, I haven't been on in a while. No, I haven't really done anything. So I would like to be able to have my account back so I can play some games. If he could please look at as soon as you can cause, I have no idea why I got permanently banned.

, I agree with you 100% but I'm just saying how it is in reality.

The first four lobbies I went into today had mod menu's plastered all over the screen so I gave up playing. I could name and shame the sad trolling little cheats here but the cheat protection policy prevents me from doing so.

Maybe if you could actually contact the enforcement team you may be able to catch them cheating but you can't do this either.

I know the Code of Conduct says xbl does not tolerate cheating but they pick and choose which aspects of their policies they enforce.

The moderators on here keep telling me that it is not an xbl problem but an issue for game developers. I don't buy into this excuse because I do not pay the game developers to play online.

Xbl do not have any desire to clean up their platform. It would probably eat into their bottom line.

i do agree that cheating is getting out of hand, and Microsoft/Xbox Team need to clamp down on it and stop it since the more people that cheat the more people want to cheat since their no effect on that person. ( Sort it out Xbox Team )
