I got banned for no reason and enforcement isn't helping me resolve this

I've been permanently banned on Xbox, and I'm begging Xbox to help solve this. Earlier in January, I was spam attacked by someone while playing dark souls. Blocking them didn't help, they had more than 4 accounts just spamming me. I even got added to the
Xbox group thing right when it got released, with 3 extra people to just spam me. When I messaged them and told them to basically shut up, it just encouraged them. I eventually just blocked them because I got tired of seeing my messages spammed, and I got
off. Then, in the next few days I got commutation banned. Which, I suspected was them just mass reporting me. When I tried to repeal it, the enforcement team rejected it with no proper evidence, which was just them telling me I was harassing them. When I reported
all the accounts for harassment, I got multiplayer banned. And the same thing happened, I filed a repeal, it was rejected. Now, in March, I was playing Trials of Osiris in destiny, where my team and I were being dominated by the other team. One of them said
"GG", and since i was still in the heat of the moment and thought they were mocking me, I told them to "**** off". And then I got combanned. That time, I decided I probably deserved it, seeing as how I probably overreacted. Then, a day later I got permanently
banned on my account. I need help to solve this, the enforcement team ignores everything I've said and just permanently banned me because of what happened in Jan. Xbox enforcement and support keep ignoring me.

My friend sent somebody a message on my account and I got banned but the Xbox team are helping

my friend wrote a bad message to someone on the Xbox app and I got banned the Xbox team are helping me resolve this

 

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.
