I got Banned For "Marketplace Fruad"

Hi,

The Whole situation is bad because my younger 10 Years old Brother logged into my account while i went out of the country for 2 weeks. He then started to buy loads of cod points under my credit card he knew that he was going to get in trouble so he got
all of then refunded. I only noticed what he did is when i got back I logged in to Xbox and saw that i was banned Until 12.31/9999 I was stunned.

I was very enoyed because all of my games were bought on that account and now gone.

Right My other Account z got permentley banned and it said marketplace fruad and i have not been online since the 5th of August My mum phoned up Customer Support and they said the formus could help. I've lost over £100 worth of content and
im legit and innocent Please someone help !!!

 

Console ban for ever

I don't know why I randomly just got banned on Xbox. I just literally played for 30 mins. Next day I come back it says my whole console is banned. And the worst part it's been banned forever. They say I have been hacking or committing some type of fruad
when that has literally never happened. I can't just get banned from out of no where. Somebody one literally I think found my IP address and said I have been hacking. I feel u check my console it's completely clean no hacks. So I am really confused on why
I got banned honestly. Plz help enforcem Team. I know you can help me
