I got Banned for harrasment even though my account was banned from messaging 2 days later

My account got banned two days later after being banned from messaging then I got banned for harassment and I cant go on xbox live even though when I was reported I was asleep

Enforcement on Xbox

Today i received an email that my account from permanently banned. I went onto the link that they posted and it turns out i got banned for soliciting etc. I submitted a case review and went looking for more information. Most suspensions/bans are 1,7, or 14 days and my type of suspension followed under that list but then it said something about if the action was egregious or excessive bans, it could lead to a permanent one. In my case i tried selling my og gamertag, the guy messaged me about it, i told him how much and what payment. He declined, i said ok, and then we didn't message again AND no personal info was transferred, so in my defense it was not egregious. I have only had 2 ENFORCEMENTS, a good reputation, and no consecutive or reappearing issues. I do not think that deserves a permanent ban from all my years of gaming and achievement i have earned. There is clearly a flaw in the system.

my account was banned and I wasnt even on my account when the violation happened.

my account was banned and I wasnt even on my account when the violation happened. and then 2 days later it was banned again while it is already banned. then it just got banned again. I havent even used my account all this time. It is being hacked,

I looked at my account history and there have been other bans i didnt know about.

what can i do? i changed my password.

hi xbox block my account 10 july for communicationj 2 days later 12 july ban for harrasement today 26 august always ban sorry i am french

I'm sad and frustrated. When I go there the last thing I'm seeing is a 2 day communication ban from November 29, 2021, my account and console were banned almost 2 weeks ago. The last time I was on Xbox live. I took a screenshot of something in-game, nothing vulgar, nudity or offensive at all. I uploaded it then maybe 5-10 minutes later I got a message that my account and console were permanently banned

it still doesn't work all of my accounts are banned from using party a and messaging even though there is no current ban

its a long story but i received 2 vulgar messages on my other account,i reported them to a moderator by copying and pasting them through private message,within hours it was my account that got banned.

i am thinking the moderator has looked at the message and though it was me sending him the vulgar messages and banned me.

it is so frustrating not getting a response from anyone so you can explain what happened.
