I got banned for harassment when iam already banned

how is it possible for me to get banned for harassment if iam already communication banned how am I supposed to harass someone if I can't send messages to them or talk to them did i get banned for just being in the same game as a another person like your
service is bad how does that even make sense

I got Banned for harrasment even though my account was banned from messaging 2 days later

My account got banned two days later after being banned from messaging then I got banned for harassment and I cant go on xbox live even though when I was reported I was asleep

 

Account Banned No email with the reasons send-

Today i was goingt to play some xbox . online.

I logged in and suddenly a notice said iam Permabanned (already verified that with German Support per telephone)

But I aint got a Email with a Reason or something, so please tell me WHY iam banned , because there is no reason, i dint played for some months

i just bought 12month xbl gold and now my acc is banned got my micrsoft points on it and bought lots of games also there were no warning there were no reason why i shud get banned so tell me why iam banned

Gamertag: playing xbox live since 2 years never did somth wrong and now iam perma bannes cant get why ,

Give me a reason why iam Banned or unBann me microsoft.

Because enforcement isn't immediate. You might be getting banned for things that happened weeks/months ago, and they're just catching up.
