On the 6th of December I sent a message saying '[Mod Removed]' I was very mad because my friends and I were playing Trials of Osiris which is a competitive game mode on Destiny and he survived getting shot by my team mates then killed all
of us to win. He then says 'reported' Tomorrow morning I get a message from Xbox saying my Xbox Live features have been banned, e.g. Party chat, messages. I then check the xbox enforcement website and it doesn't say a date when the ban ends. The code of conduct
says you could get banned for Harm or Harassment but I don't really think swearing counts. Anyway I would really appreciate it if this could get fixed because I know can't talk to my friends or interact with anyone else, and that was the main reason I bought
an Xbox. I am a frequent buyer of Microsoft items, so it would be amazing if you guys fix it.

I'm suspended but don't now how long I'm suspended

I got suspended for making a inappropriate clip that I made a year ago but on the enforcement site it doesn't tell me when I'm unbanned. I'm not sure if it's a permanent ban because I've heard if it's permanent it tells you your banned until the year 9999,
is it just a temporary ban or something but just isn't telling me how long it lasts?

 

Microsoft have fixed it they've banned you!! Swearing is bad enough but to go and tell someone to go and kill themselves because you lost a wee game ?? Maybe you need to find a new hobby?

However to answer your question you should get an email sent to tell you how long your banned for !!

 

Yep,nothing to fix.What you did was a serious breach of the CoC so your suspension will probably be at least a week long.

I read the email, went on the website, signed in and clicked on the yellow section. It did say the date, so I am banned for 2 weeks for swearing, wow! I have read the code of conduct I don't think swearing is harm or harassing. Can some one official say
that what I did is truly breaking the CoC? Seriously I'm actually upset, don't go round saying you never swear because everyone loses their temper. I shouldn't lose features to something I bought and invested a lot of money in. Can you just read this Harm
and Harassment is the only thing that is close to swearing there is no part in the CoC that says no swearing. Ok please I just lost my temper man, this is unfair. I tryed to keep cool about it but you guys just saying stuff about me raging from a video game
really annoys me.

 

Really? Telling someone to "go kill themselves" is ok in your book?

As I said,what you have done is a serious breach or the CoC & you are lucky to only get a 2 week comms suspension.

 

No sympathy for you, why do people think it's ok to say things like you did, just because your on the Internet and they can't get to you, good lesson for you to learn and try to respect people

If I came to your house, and started swearing at you and telling you to go kill yourself, would you class that as harassment?

If you don't think that's harassment then you really need help, because its really not ok.

Basically sir take your punishment like a man and accept it, if you don't like it then perhaps go and buy a PS4, but I guarantee Sony will have the same sort Code of Conduct

Your a joke. Saying it three message is a lot different than entering someone's home uninvited and saying it. The guy baited him and who was deliberately trying to receive a reportable message.

 

There is no need to revive a thread from almost 3 years ago. You should check the date of the last post.

 

It doesnt matter. If you respond with something against the code if conduct (which you did) you can be suspended.
