I got banned for communication

I was playing black ops 2 and out of no where I got banned and I didn't do anything I was just playing with my friends in a Xbox one party and not talking in the lobby. Plz help me

Communication banned twice for the same thing?

Earlier this month i got communication banned for a message that i sent. Yesterday i got communication banned again even though i haven't sent any innapropriate messages.

Banned for Nothing!?

I got communication banned because BulletzAndBrass reported multiple times and I got banned. If its possible to get me unbanned can you please unban for voice communication.

Xbox Support does not handle Enforcement Issues. If you visit the following link, you can find information on the ban you just received. If you think the ban was in error, you'll also have the option to submit a case review to try and have it overturned.

Enforcement Profile

A ban could be due to a number of reasons and not just from someone you were just playing in the game. It could very well have been one of your friends. Always be mindful of how you speak to people as well as how you play with someone. Even if it's something
you think is nothing, could be a big deal to someone else.

It doesn't matter if you only talk to friends. If you say something that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended.

No one can say whether or not you would get a permanent ban if you get suspended next. It could be a permanent suspension or it could just be a longer suspension. It would depend on the severity of the offense. It's best to just not do anything that violates
the code of conduct.

What he said^ Review the code of conduct and Terms of use and follow them then you will be fine.
