I got banned for calling out a cheater

So I was in a mw3 lobby and someone was cheating...I messaged the cheater saying to stop and he replied in a comical sarcastic reply saying he wasn’t cheating. So we exchanged messages then I get suspended? But he didn’t get a warning (I reported him but
assuming it did nothing to him). Really just want to be unsuspended so I can chat with my friends

seems like xbl enforcement team is a bunch of safe space liberals when they see one little thing thats "offensive" they comm ban your for nothing....

"Your literally one of the worst warden players I ever met. Needing to guard-break to abuse the glitch to one-shot people." That's offensive? Pretty sure I should be able to say that to a cheater, abusing a in-game bug that literally ruins the game-play
for everyone who bought the game for $60 dollars. So Am I in the wrong for calling the guy out and saying he has no-skill for abusing the

The Only way to get your account unsuspended would be to sign into your account at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

The enforcement team are the only ones that put suspensions on the account and are the only ones that can lift suspensions and the only way to talk to them is through the case review process.

As long as you reported him and he did something that would have violated the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct then when the enforcement team investigates the report they will suspend his account.
You will never know the outcome of that investigation. The enforcement team does not give out results to their investigation to anyone besides the person that they are suspending.
