I got banned for being bullied

So what happened was i was playing (of all games i chose this one) roblox and my "friend" started ticking me off by laughing at me and messing with me in the game so I messaged him *f word* you as a joke and as a joking purpose he reported me for it and
then we continued playing. Little did I know is i was about to be banned for 9 days!! Can anyone help please?!

http://enforcement.xbox.com, review your suspension details, and submit a case review (if eligible).

In the future, if other players are giving you problems, all you need to do is mute, report, and block. Do not engage any further.

Hi there, I was followed to multiple servers, threatened to run, property destroyed and had Xbox C.O.C used on me even tho I did not start any of this. I got muted for 1 cuss word even tho he messaged me first and was trying to start a issue because, he
was mad I killed him in gta(what the game is about). I left the session to leave him and his friends, they willingly followed me and 2 other friends to a new session and he willingly messaged all of us to instagate trouble. So by me leaving his session completely
to avoid more issues, him following my, continually killing me and destroying my property in the new session an messaging me to get me banned, I'm muted. I would please ask u to lift this 24 hour mute. I have been playing 6 or 7 years, I do not go out of my
to start a ton of trouble. It's a game, we all get mad but I do not feel I souldnt have been singled out and muted.
