I Have Been Chat banned after being hassled by who thinks im 12 for 3 days (of hassling me)

a guy named [Mod Removed] has been hassling me for 3 days over xbox live messages. He thinks im 12 and has said he wants to
[Mod Removed] , thats the worse of it and is what made me react.

I've tried blocking him repeatedly but he still manages to get unblocked and send me messages. i've tried reporting him and nothing.

Now yesterday i reacted and called him a "bitch" and then shortly after that i will kill him for being
[Mod Removed]then i got banned for seven days.

Does microsoft support [Mod Removed]? how do i get banned and this guy doesnt? do i take this to the police? can someone get me his address?

Ban for doing nothing

I got banned for nothing my account iiKinqComic got banned for reporting [Mod Removed]because [Mod Removed] sent me inappropriate words I reported and got banned for nothing. Please fix this.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Doesn't matter how many times you were reported,you will only get a ban/suspension if you have broken the ToU/CoC.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why & how long you are suspended for or you can check on the enforcement site
http://enforcement.xbox.com/home where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

And what about the victim? They have to get repeatedly harassed for the opposer to get a permanent ban, and then they just make a new account and start over again. Meanwhile that victim can develop depression. The system is not efficient for people who repeatedly
abuse people. On Xbox 360, they used to IP ban people so that it was not worth harassing people but the system now is not at all good for players who get repeatedly harassed. The guy who I retaliated towards had his mate start messaging me and it wasn't abusive
but I had no way of asking him to stop or anything and I couldn't report it because he only messaged me once.

Because basically anything that hurts somebodys feelings will get you banned. A guy called me a qweer and i corrected him by putting **** and got banned because he reported it. These bans are gettong way out of hand. Is ps4 this strict?

can you help me? i got a communication suspension for sending a voice message that didn't contain any words, and the guy who reported the voice message to get me banned sent smack talk the whole time before but didn't get banned when i reported his chats.
